Klerksdorp Sevens Rugby Tournament Information

1. Dates and Times

The rugby tournament will be held on 3rd and 4th October 2025.

Games start promptly at 08:00 each day.

Teams must be available for their first game at 08:00 on 3rd October. Fixture changes will not be made to accommodate late arrivals.

2. Squad Size

Each rugby squad consists of 13 players and 2 coaches.

Squads cannot exceed 13 players.

Injured players may be replaced by players from a lower division on the first day only. No replacements are allowed during the semi-finals or finals.

No player is allowed to play for more than one team.

3. Entry Fees

A R2,000 deposit must be paid within 24 hours of submitting the entry form. This amount is deducted from the total entry fee. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the case of withdrawal.
